We made the grave mistake of signing a six-month contract with them, expecting stellar digital marketing services. However, what we received was nothing short of a nightmare.Firstly, let's talk about their so-called "team." It seemed like they had just hired fresh graduates who lacked any real-world experience. These junior account managers were assigned to handle our account, and needless to say, they were utterly underwhelming.The results? Non-existent. Our online presence remained stagnant. It was as if they were content with taking our money without delivering on their promises.We were locked into a six-month contract with no way out. Alpha Digital refused to let us terminate the agreement early. So there we were, stuck paying for a service that was doing more harm than good to our business.To anyone considering Alpha Digital, my advice is simple: steer clear.
