Review: Recruitment processes are a good reflection of the culture & internal processes of a company. After putting in time and effort into tailoring my application for a role here, I was never contacted back with any updates - not even a rejection letter.This is extremely disappointing. If you cannot even get back to the candidates (who have invested time into their application), how can we trust you with other processes in your business.Absolutely disappointing, lacking in professionalism, and goes to show that they do NOT value or respect their talent pool or those who are genuinely interested in their company.
