Review: We signed with OMG 3 months ago after a terrible experience with our previous agency. Our account manager Rohan has been amazing despite dealing with some challenging situations also resulting from the previous agency (avoid Sharp Instincts - they are the worst!). They provide clear communication with total transparency on campaign setup / strategy. Ad spend is paid directly to Google so you always know exactly what is being spent and they have accommodated every request and provided advice and assistance that I have no doubt falls outside of their usual services in order to help us as best they could to get results and make our campaign a success. Overall have been really impressed with their work as well as the people we have had contact with.
